IMPORTANT NOTICE
After 13 pioneering years in the battery energy storage industry, it is with great sadness that we announce that Powervault Ltd has been placed into administration on 21 November 2025. Jonathan Bass and Giuseppe Parla, both of Menzies LLP, were appointed Joint Administrators.
The Joint Administrators are looking to maximise realisations, but unfortunately reached a point on 2 December 2025 where Powervault Ltd had no alternative but to cease trading as a purchaser for the business and assets, along with its underlying trading operations could not be secured.
As the situation unfolds further the Joint Administrators will provide further details.
In the meantime, the team at Powervault Ltd recognise the invaluable support from our installer network, customers, suppliers and investors who contributed to the impact that the company had.
For owners of our units, while the final implications of this situation are to be confirmed the Powervaults should continue to operate. If any changes need to be made as to how to access and control the units, the Joint Administrators will provide more information as soon as they are able.
