Powervault is very simple to use, install and understand; you can find out why here.

Emergency Power

There were 640 power outages in the UK during 2015, an increase of 20% on the year before. Over 2.5 million people were affected by the outages, which lasted for an average of 50 minutes. Powervault can provide its customers with access to power during black outs via its Emergency Power Socket (EPS). Powervault’s EPS is a non-standard feature but it can be fitted to the Powervault either during your Powervault installation or retro-fitted to the system at a later date. The EPS enables customers to power critical appliances provided energy is stored in the batteries at the time.

  • Continuous power output: 1.2kVA – 1.6kVA (depending on size of inverter system)

  • Uninterrupted power supply: Yes (provided the appliance is plugged into the EPS)
  • Switch-over time: <20ms
